El Portet is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and popular beaches on the Costa Blanca and is just a 3-minute drive away.

Playa de l’Ampolla is Moraira’s largest and most centrally located beach, situated right next to the vibrant town centre and marina. The beach features fine sand and calm, clear waters, making it particularly suitable for families with children.

Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. There is a large car park next to the beach, and it is only a 4-minute drive away.

Offers a three-course set menu at a very competitive price. Excellent value for money.

Le Dauphin
In a higher price range, but located in one of the most beautiful spots in Moraira, accessible via El Portet Beach. The lunch menu is also very reasonably priced.

Marina

At Moraira Marina, you can rent a boat (with or without a boating licence), a kayak, or a SUP. For example, at Moraira Boats Adventures.

You can also rent a jet ski, kayak, or SUP from Tsunami Aventura.

Every Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 on the large car park in the town centre.

Covered Fresh Food Market in Jávea (Xàbia)
This is a genuine local market rather than a large tourist food hall. Local residents do most of their daily shopping here. It is small but offers high-quality produce and is well worth a visit while exploring the old town.

It is particularly busy on Saturdays, when locals gather to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat together. Closed on Sundays.

Numerous cycling routes start from Moraira, taking you along the coastline, through charming Spanish villages, and over challenging mountain roads. Recreational cyclists can enjoy relaxed rides along the Mediterranean Sea, while keen road cyclists can tackle climbs towards Benissa, Jalón, Coll de Rates, Bernia, and the impressive Cumbre del Sol.

The routes offer breathtaking views of the sea, vineyards, almond groves, and natural parks. Along the way, you'll find plenty of inviting terraces and authentic Spanish restaurants where you can enjoy a well-deserved break.

Road bikes and e-bikes can easily be rented from one of the bicycle rental companies in Moraira. After an active day, there's nothing better than relaxing by your private swimming pool and recovering from your sporting achievements.
