Some places instantly feel like home. For us, Sol y Más Moraira is one of those places.

Since 2025, we have been the proud owners of this wonderful family villa under the Spanish sun. From the very first moment, we fell in love with Moraira: its pleasant climate, beautiful surroundings, relaxed atmosphere, and charming town centre with its many restaurants and terraces. Even outside the peak season, there is always plenty of life and enjoyment to be found here.

The name Sol y Más literally means "Sun and More". And that is exactly what we hope to offer our guests. Of course, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine, but also a warm and comfortable home, a beautiful Mediterranean garden, and plenty of space to create special memories with family and friends.

The villa is situated in a peaceful location, while the town centre, shops, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance. This gives you the perfect combination of tranquillity and privacy, with the vibrant atmosphere of Moraira always close by.

For us, Sol y Más is more than just a holiday home. It is a place where you can enjoy long evenings under the veranda, take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax in the garden, and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind for a while.
