Holiday home Sol y Más Moraira is a charming and luxurious holiday villa located in the quiet Pla del Mar neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Moraira and a 15-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach of El Portet and the family sandy beach Playa de l'Ampolla.

The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located in the guesthouse. Ideal for grandparents, older children, or a couple of friends, for example; privacy and enjoying time together.

At this home, situated on a plot of 800 m², much attention has been paid to the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, which is atmospherically illuminated in the evening. While the children amuse themselves in the private pool, you read a book on the sun terrace or unwind completely on the Balinese bed. The covered lounge area with gas barbecue is a wonderful spot for long summer evenings with family and friends, to dine, have drinks, and enjoy the Spanish outdoor life.

Inside, the atmosphere is light and modern, with stylish Ibiza-style decor. Authentic Spanish details such as dark wooden beams and built-in wardrobes have been carefully preserved. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort, all year round.

The villa is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the center, with many cozy restaurants, supermarkets, and the lively harbor of Moraira. Both El Portet beach and Ampolla beach are within walking distance or reachable in 5 minutes by car.

Guests have exclusive access to the house and the guesthouse, including the swimming pool, the terraces, and the on-site parking.

Upon arrival, you will receive the keys personally from our on-site host.

Welcoming reception with beds made upon arrival, 2 bath towels per person (70x140), 1 hand towel (50x100) per person and 1 beach towel per person.

Additionally, per booking 3 tea towels, 1 dishcloth, and a new sponge.

Electricity up to a consumption of 200 kWh per week is included. Above that, additional costs will be charged at a rate of €0.35 per kWh.

The cost for final cleaning is €275.00

Interim cleaning and linen change are available at an extra cost.

We only accept bookings from guests who are over 25 years old.

Pool heating is available at a rate of €25 per day.
